Employment contracts (5 types)

For an employee, director, chief accountant, apprentice (vocational training) and trainee (internship). Each is prepared as a full package, for example: cover sheet, application, hiring order, employment contract, appendix.

Civil-law contracts (3 types)

Service provider registration, contract, acceptance certificate for services. The services register shows completed and remaining amounts.

Leave (15 types)

Annual, additional, study, performance of state duties, paternity, extended, pregnancy and childbirth, care of a child under 3, adoption, marriage, death of a relative, religious ceremonies, care of a sick relative, personal by agreement of the parties, and other unpaid leave established by law. For each one: an application and an order.

Business trips

Within Armenia and abroad: assignment order, order, travel certificate (within Armenia), business trip report. Per diem and accommodation allowance rates for trips abroad, by country, from the list of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia (in effect from January 1, 2026). The advance payment can also be made in foreign currency.

Agreements (2 types)

Amendments to employment and civil-law contracts (notice, agreement and, if needed, an order).

Termination (21 grounds)

Under the relevant articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia. For each ground, the program prepares the required documents (application, agreement, notice or request for an explanation), the order, the final settlement statement and the employment certificate. The program calculates unused leave days and indicates whether severance pay is due.

• Each document goes through the “draft → approved” stages (and “canceled” if needed). You can see who prepared and approved it, and when.
• Documents can be downloaded in PDF and Word format.
• Templates are stored in versions, each with an effective date and a legal basis. The document’s date selects the version in force on that day, so old documents keep the form of their time.
• Bulk actions: contracts and name badges for several employees at once.

• Complete employee profile: personal and statutory data, addresses, earnings and deductions, employment terms, family, leave, history, files.
• Staffing table by department: positions, filled and vacant posts.
• Monthly timesheet. It is filled in automatically from the work schedule, holidays and documents (leave, business trip, absence, etc.). If needed, a cell can be corrected manually.
• Training, including costs. The data goes into Form 1-ԱՄՈՒ.
• Each company’s list of departments, positions and earning types is edited in the program or imported from AS-Accountant.

• Employee data, employee history, leave balance (as of any date), employee Turnover Rate by month and grounds for termination.
• Statistical forms: Form 1-Ա (annual), Form 1-ԱՊ (annual), Form 1-ԹԱՇ (quarterly), Form 1-ԱՄՈՒ (annual). Headcount, staff movement and other data available in the program are filled in automatically. The remaining figures are entered on the same page.

• You can manage many organizations in one program: LLC, CJSC, OJSC, sole proprietor (IE), NGO, foundation, branch.
• The company profile holds the company details, business addresses (region, community), the head, the chief accountant and the basis of authority.
• The history of the head and the chief accountant is kept by date.

• Employees (with full data), departments, positions and earning types are imported from AS-Accountant via an XML file. The codes are the same as in AS-Accountant.
• During import, the program checks the data (for example, social card number, date of birth, gender, document validity) and maps the codes. The mapping is remembered for the next import.
• Employee data is exported for AS-Accountant via an XML file.
• Leave balances can be imported from an Excel or CSV file.
